Compiler Update in CCSv5.1

I noticed that the ARM compiler has released a production patch - v4.9.2 a couple of weeks ago.  I have been trying to download it in CCS but it does not show up as either new software or an update.  I have updated in the past in CCS v4.  Am I doing something wrong, do I have an incorrect setting, or is it just not available to CCS yet?
