Hello,

Has anyone noticed that PDF found at this link https://software-dl.ti.com/codegen/docs/tiarmclang/compiler_tools_user_guide/latex/TI_Arm_Clang_Compiler_Tools_User_Guide.pdf has no TOC and all internal content links are broken? The last properly formatted one was for version 3.2.

It is quite difficult to navigate this document without TOC or working links.
