Scripts Option Disabled

Hi,

I have installed Code composer studio and i see Scripts Option is disabled. Let me know how to enable it, i need use GEL scripting.

Hi Ki,

See the below screen shot. For me Scripts option itself is not enabled.

Bindu,

Are you using CCSv4? In v4 I see that Scripts menu item is disabled unless a GEL file is specified in the target configuration. In CCSv5, it is enabled either way.

It looks like you are using CCSv4.x based on the main menu options in your screen capture. As AatriG has pointed you, this menu will be enable with or without GEL in v5, but it show 'No Scripting Available'.

In both v4 and v5, the option in this menu will be based on the GEL hotmenu that you have defined in your startup GEL file, also you can defined DSS script, DSS script can be added from the scripting console view.
