CODECOMPOSER: CCS V20 Program Reload does not work

my Code Composer Studio setting for automatic reload is as below

CCS › Program Reload: Automatic Reload

Reload the program automatically if the program file changes

but when I make changes to the program and build it, no prompt asking to reload the program.

it was working when I was using previous version of Code Composer Studio.

i'm currently using,

Version: 20.1.1.8__1.7.1

Default VS Code API: 1.92.2

and the older version is,

Version: 12.7.1.00001

Please note that you can set this at both the "User" level and "Workspace" level.

What is set at the "Workspace" level for you? "Workspace" will always override "User" settings.

yes, I've set both of them to 'Prompt' but nothing happens:(
