Hello, i have an MSP430 USB-Debug-Interface that works on an old PC and Code Composer Studio 6.0.1.00040

On my PC, I have installed the latest version available on the website, 20.1.1.8_1.7.1 however, in the project properties,
under the connection section, it does not appear. Should I install some missing package or is it no longer supported?

Hello,

The same MSP430 connection types supported in CCS 6 should still be supported in CCS 20.:

MSP430 debug interface would not apply to the device family your project is for (C2000). Hence why you don't see it listed. It would only be available for an MSP430 device.

Hi Ky, my colleague in charge of this board is pretty sure he used MSP430 USB-Debug-Interface with TMS320F28069MPZT with CCS 6
