CODECOMPOSER: Does UNIFLASH (et al) Require a Java Subscription From Oracle?

Tool/software:

This is a bit off topic but if I install UNIFLASH (for example), it contains 'C:\ti\uniflash_9.1.0\jre\bin\java.exe'

Does that mean any company using UNIFLASH must get an Oracle Java subscription (if not already) to be compliant with Oracle's licensing?
