CODECOMPOSER: symlinks is ok in ccs?

Tool/software:

currently created symlinks(windows) in ccs instead of the default links ,it advantage in development in vscode and debug in ccs but i observed the properties of symlinks is not showing whereas other eclipse links has properties which include optimization , is symlinks optimization won't work or is there any way to do it?

Hello,

Are you referring to a mapped network drive? Please provide a specific example of how symlinks are being used. Also provide the exact CCS version being used.

ccs version is 20.1.1 and symlinks are relative in path like 'mklink /d dest src' folders are linked like this some folder are from other drive like all the ti eclipse links which are in .cproject or project are replaced with this symlinks

i have directly added the symlink to the project instead of adding symlink again , only added file via ccs properties is not showing for symlinks directly added files

I can't reproduce your issue. Can you provide a screenshot? It can help me understand how your project is configured.
