What is the modern (i.e. CCSv12.8.1.00005) version of gconfgen.exe? We used this executable with CCS v3. gconf.exe was suggested by @Ming Wei, yet when I change my build system to reference gconf instead of gconfgen with C55XX Compiler v4.4.1 from the CCS App Center in CCSv12.8.1.00005, I simply get this:

This is a GUI tool and not a replacement of the command line utlity that gconfgen.exe could provide, as that detail is relevant for our build system, like Chuck has outlined in the related question. Please help my in identifying a functional alternative to gconfgen.exe from CCSv3.
