Debugging Error, Please Help Me.

I`m a user of 'C2000', "Picoolo" F28069 controlCARD(TMDXCNCD28069) with Piccolo F28069(TMDXDOCK28069) Experiment Kit.

I wish the mechine to work by CCS V4.2 but, it doesn`t work, Because of this debugging error.

C28xx: Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000240/-151 Fatal Error during: Initialization, OCS,

Is anyone there to solve the Problems?

My Work Status is here : Win7, Intel dual-core, CCS V4.2(shareware)

And I use TI XDS100 Emulator on the Piccolo F28069, but, if need, I also can use Wintech DSP JTAG Emulator : TDS510USB-C2K.

If you are getting this error when trying the connection with XDS100 emulator, then it could be because of an issue with the EEPROM not being properly programmed on the FTDI chip on the XDS100. Please see this wiki page for details:

This FAQ tells you how to check if the VID/PID for the EEPROM and if they are not correct, and use the MProg utility to reprogram it.

Please check this first and let us know if it helps resolve the error.
