Hi,

Iam using Beagle board Rev C3with CCS version 4.0.2, compiler TMS470 for cortex A8 device.

Can anyone please suggest me from where i can get cgtools version 4.9.2 for TMS470 cortex-A8 compiler.

To get TMS470 codegen tools 4.9.2, first update your CCS, preferably to the latest version 4.2.4. I would suggest downloading the full DVD image for 4.2.4 from here:
http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS#Code_Composer_Studio_Version_4_Downloads

Then you can check for compiler updates from within CCS (Help->Sofware Updates->Find and Install) and download and install CGT 4.9.2.
