CODECOMPOSER: issue with ti clang compiler version 4.0.3lts

Tool/software:

currently using sdk 8.3 import dmm project by default compiler version was 3.2.2lts ti clang, on build bin size is bigger so turned on lto(link time optmization ) bin file size reduced around 8 to 9 kb from 309 kb to 301kb
but on setting version 4.0.3 the bin file become 6kb size issue is repeatable.(seems not valid bin file ) is there any setting need to be updated?
using ccs 20.02.0 version(seems latest one)

Please be sure you build with the optimization option -Oz.

What do you see that makes you think the binary file is wrong? Exactly how do you see it?

Regarding the unexpected increase in size when changing versions from 3.2.2.LTS to 4.0.3.LTS. I presume you build everything with -g. Please use the method described in the article Find Source of Code Size Increase to discover the functions that increase in size the most. For 1 or 2 source files that contain those functions, please follow the directions in the article How to Submit a Compiler Test Case.

kept optimization z

it's 37kb when i kept the optmization (sorry for wrong mention it's another project which is 7kb but this is 37kb)

when i kept the ti clang 3.2.2

you can see the bin file size is 301 kb which working fine when i flash the code via ota
