Confuse over which CCS license to purchase

Hi,

We bought a OMAP-L138 evaluation kit and is currently using the Code composer license that came with it.

We understand that we would need to buy another license if we wish to flash the code via jtag for mass production.

However, there are 2 version of code composer in the office, CCS v4 and CCS v5. The development engineer is currently using CCS v4 to develop the codes. He have no intention to upgrade to CCS v5 until he had finished all the coding.

The production engineer however wish to upgrade to CCS v5.

Please advise how should we purchase the full license?

Is there one that can be used by both version?
