I am trying to create a new project in CCS20 Version: 20.2.0.12__1.8.0 but it will not let me. I select the board as `AM261x LaunchPad Development Kit and then it will not let me continue until I select a basic example to use as a template, and none of them will result in a project being created. Instead, I get "Specified location is not accessible" followed by the path to the example it is trying to use as a template (which is a valid correct path for the given example.
