I get the following error when trying to build an existing project on CCS20:

[15]This problem is probably due to using incompatible versions of the cygwin DLL.
[16]Search for cygwin1.dll using the Windows Start->Find/Search facility
[17]and delete all but the most recent version. The most recent version *should*
[18]reside in x:\cygwin\bin, where 'x' is the drive on which you have
[19]installed the cygwin distribution. Rebooting is also suggested if you
[20]are unable to find another cygwin DLL.
The cygwin1.dll in CCS20 is incompatible with the cygwin.1.dll that ships with xdctools_3_32_00_06_core. I installed them both at the same time.
