Install "setup_CCS_MC_Core_4.2.4.00033.exe" fail in Windows7

I download "setup_CCS_MC_Core.zip", then install  "setup_CCS_MC_Core_4.2.4.00033.exe" fail in Windows7 OS.

User Account is close, and "JRE. installing" is pass, but "CG code intalling" is fail...

Can CCS4.0 run on Windows7 or not?   If NOT, how to do?

Please advise...

    Hi Jerry,

    yes CCSv4.2.4 should be fine on windows 7 (in fact I use it daily on a 64 bit Win 7 machine).  Did you try the lite installer or full installer?   Have you cleaned and tried again?  Would you be able to send us any error logs, dump files (.dmp), and the contents of the install jammer directory?
