Hi Champ,
I am asking for my customer.
They are installing old CCS version 7.2.0.00013 in 64-bit PC.
Then, having error when installation.
I also have my 64-bit PC installing CCS 7.2.0.00013 in 32-bit. It installs successfully and works well.
Looking to my customer's error, I go to the corresponding folder, but don't see the log file exist there.
How to solve the installation error in my customer's PC ? Please suggest.
