UNIFLASH: Browse Button Should Open Location of Currently Selected File

Hello,

Feature request.

When I click the green Browse button or click the filename, more often than not, I want to go to the directory where that file is located:

At the moment some other directory is opened. I'm not sure how it currently decides where to open the browse dialog.
