Error while Migrating code from CCSv3.3 to CCSv5.1

Hello,
 
I am trying to migrate our SPI-writer UBL code from CCS 3.3 to CCS5.1. But, I failed to do so as I am getting the error 
saying "ERROR: Unknown device 'TMS320C67xx'" in project.log file. 
 
Although, this SPI-writer UBL code is already compiled in CCS3.3 earlier and I am just trying to Import it in CCSv5.1 (via 
Project->Import Legacy CCSv3.3 Project). 
 
Please help me in removing this error.

    Hi Priya,

    may I ask for a bit further information.  What steps/options did you take when importing?  Ie did CCS find the v3.3 project automatically?  Did you select to copy the files?

    Also, was the v3.3 project made with a different device variant etc?  (ie a V version or such type of difference)
