I know it's not suported now, but I want to know the clear plan.

1. Create project offline.

2. Create static library project.

Technically this is currently supported in 20x, just only from the command-line. Hence I assume you are referring to creating new projects from scratch from the IDE. Other than it being on the roadmap, I don't have a specific release I can provide that this feature is targeted for. I will follow up with engineering.

Ki,

Yes, create new blank CCS project by GUI. I know it can be done by CLI, I need the GUI for this.

Please help provide a clear plan for this.
