CCS v5.1 do not run on win7 32-bit, "app. rerror see log file"

I am download CCS 5.1, install it, but it not run and write message "application error, ... see log file". List of log file:

    Hello,

    Usually that error occurs when an error was encountered during the installation and the install failed. Did you get any error during the installation? Or did you see a message saying that the installation was a success?

    Hellow.

    When the installation process began immediately (after the installation location C: \ TI, and the choice to install a full install) from the beginning was the message is an error, but I do not remember what I clicked "ignore", the installation continued and was successful. I conducted the installation of two times. The result is the same.

    Before the new installation, i am completely removed CCS and cleaned reester.

    Previously used CCS 4.1.3. Everything worked fine. License was for XDS100 only.
