CODECOMPOSER: CCS 20.3.1.5 cant not acces to extensions and can not create new proyect.

Hi team,

We just download CCS 20.3.1.5 to star our development with j7200 EVM. 

At the first try we have found that we can not access to the extensions and to the resource explorer, at the end we are not able to create a new project for this reason.

We read this FAQ but we do not have a proxy configured.

Could you help us to solve this problem?
