I would like to know difference ".ccsproject" ,".cproject" and ".project"

Hi

I have a plan to use CCS V5.

I found that CCS V5 create several files and directory when I make project.

I hope to know what meanings are in  this files and directory.

.settings        directory

.ccsproject    file

.cproject       file

.project         file

Plase show me the way to understand CCS V5's structure.
