CC23XX-REPORTS: Not able to create new project - other than example project in CCS version 20.4.0.13__1.10.0

Good day TI-CCS team

We are trying to create new project in CCS version 20.4.0.13__1.10.0. 
It looks able to reach only example project.
We would like to create new project and new workspace 
Not able to acheive this with CCS version 20.4.0.13__1.10.0.

Please guide us how we can create new workspace(Other than workspace_ccstheia)
and new project  (other than example project) in CCS version 20.4.0.13__1.10.0.
