I am using UNIFLASH to generate CLI interface, and I want to call a certain gel files, I see .ccxml file support below property (in CCS):

What if I add these property in CLI package, where the filepathfield represents for:

Are you asking what is the root directory that the path is relative from? If so, it is:

<UNIFLASH CLI PACKAGE ROOT DIR>\ccs_base\common\targetdb

This " filepathfield" represents the PROJECT_DIR in the CCS:

Does the CLI interface use different default logic?

I check with engineering and it will be relative from either two places:

1) relative from the ccxml file itself

2) .\ccs_base\common\targetdb

It will look in #1 first. If it does not find it, it will try looking in #2. If it does not find it there either then it will fail.
