TMS320C6713B: Can'l oad compilor

Part Number: TMS320C6713B

Code composer version 12.7  I an trying to load an earlier compiler (which I have previously completed. I repeatedly get the followingt error.

I am using Help->Install code generation..

Unable to read repository at http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_ccstudio/codegen/Updates/p2win32/content.jar.

    Please note that we are no longer able to provide design support for hardware or software questions about C6713B as per the banner on the product page:
    https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320C6713B 

    Please note that the later CCS releases are not necessarily tested with older processors. If you need to continue developing for the older part, I would suggest using the version of CCS or Code Composer that was originally used with the part.
