loadJSFile(script,true) doesn't auto load script next time CCSv5 is started

I have scripting console open in my CCSv5 GUI but loadJSFile(script,true) does not reload script when I start CCSv5 anew or when I reopen scripting console within the same CCSv5 session. Do I need to configure something else to auto load script. I can't use global script load option due to scripts custom nature as explained here http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Scripting_Console
