Unable to download CCS4 from website 403 Forbidden

Hello guys,

from a couple of days or so I'm not able to download the CCS limited edition and full DVD edition from here:

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS

every time I click on the download link I get a:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_ccstudio/CCSv5/CCS_5_1_0/ on this server.

I have a proper TI login and other friends had similar issues.

    Hi Paolo,

    have you tried since?  Do you have a myti login and did you get an email with the download link or did this error appear right from the wiki? You can give the below link a try as well

    I am also having the same problem navigating the website.  When I try to navigate to any of the product selection pages I get the error page:

    Forbidden (403)
    You have requested data that the server has decided not to provide to you. Your request was understood and denied.

    I get this error when I try to go to any product parametric search page, and the following are two example pages where I get this error:

    Products -> Amplifiers and Linear -> High Speed Amplifier (Greater than equal to 50MHz)     http://focus.ti.com/paramsearch/docs/parametricsearch.tsp?family=analog&familyId=72&uiTemplateId=NODE_STRY_PGE_T

    and

    Products -> Audio -> Audio DAC      http://focus.ti.com/paramsearch/docs/parametricsearch.tsp?sectionId=630&tabId=2701&family=analog&uiTemplateId=AUDIO_PRDSRCH_T&familyId=582

    This particular problem has happening off and on for about the last month (I noticed it first in mid January).  I am located in Germany, and I am using Win7 Professional SP1 with Firefox 10.0.2 (currently the up to date version).  I have experienced this problem with my home computer, my work computer, and my library's computer.

    When I try to navigate to these pages with Windows IE8, the page opens up, but I get the error message:

    ** ERROR ** Load app data error: error. URL: http://focus.ti.com/wsapi/paramdata/family/583/criteria?lang=en&output=json&_=1330366427861

    I hope this helps in some way to clear up this bug.
