Can't connect to Logic PD L138 eval board

Have you had a look at this wiki page which describes the process to connect to OMAPL138 using CCS?

The article is written for CCSv4, but the same general procedure will apply for CCSv5 as well, although some menu items may look and be named slightly different.

To further troubleshoot the problem, I would suggest starting with the dbgjtag utility which can be used to test low-level JTAG connection:

Hi,

I already read this wiki. I followed XDS100V2 DSP + ARM OMAPL138 setup procedure without any success. I also ran the DbgJtag utility. I have no errors with it. I also know my xds100v2 works because I can program/debug another board with another kind of microcontroller. I also read the forums you pointed me out and already checked the videos. Nothing seems different on my side. The only thing I could see is the Secure boot option. I'm using a devkit so I doubt there's a secured boot chip on it... I don't know how I could confirm this...
