I am reporting a new problem that appeared during production on the TPS560430YQDBVRQ1 - HIZ56043Q1_LF system - the problem concerns barely visible markings that the AOI machine has trouble reading during inspection/vision test.
- Component marking. The markings are hardly visible and, in addition, there is no repeatability of the markings.
In the AOI test, the camera does not see the markings on the chip.
2. Specification, please explain the markings on the component, the specification includes information about a line and a dot. What is the final designation?
