How do I get the driver lib for MSP430FR4133?

I don't want CCS. I don't want an online system. I don't want an SDK that supports every other micro that I am not using.

I don't want the overhead for installing a tool I will not use and then having to extract what is needed from that tool (assuming that is possible). I need the driver library for the MSP430FR4133.
