AM263P4: CCSTUDIO-THEIA: Cannot create library project

I would like to create a static library project but the project wizard in CCS Theia 20.4.1.4 does only support importing example executables.

There is no option to create a static library project and the documentation (https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/ccs_getting-started.html#creating-a-new-ccs-project) is lacking any information on creating libraries.

Creating a library project using the ccs-server-cli did not work because GUI version did not recognize the project.

How can I create a library project in CCS Theia?

It has an example for creating a static library project. You should be able to create one for your device if you are able to import an example for your device.

Which CPU of the AM263P4 are you looking to create a library project for?

I have not but arrived at the same ccs-server-cli call a few days ago. When I tried it the first time it was recognized by CCS Theia even when restarting the application but this time the exact same command worked. So all good.
