MSPM0L1228: startup_mspm0l122x_ticlang.c does not exist at path

Part Number: MSPM0L1228

If I start a project with the mspm0l1228 processor and select "empty_mspm0l1228", I get the warning "startup_mspm0l122x_ticlang.c does not exist at path" and the build fails with interruptVectors as a missing symbol.

I can't figure out how to re-install things or what I should do about this.
