CCS5 Trial License Question

Hi,

I have been using the trial license for a week or so and my laptop got rebuilt due to virus. I got Windows 7 and CCS5 installed fresh. However, CCS5 will not grant the eval license. Who should I contact to get the trial license re-activate?

Hi Dennis,

Does CCS say unlicensed when you start or ask you to input a license? What are you experiencing?

I have also put the two emails into the licensing team. They should be able to help you as well.

Please keep me informed. If CCS says x number of days left than you should be fine.

Hi Dennis,

ok, as we can not generate a license for you here, please wait for their response. They should be able to help you. CCS does remember if there was a trial already on a PC.
