You typically have a separate project for each core. However, you can create a System Project to manage the individual CPU projects:

Thanks for the reply. The document link you shared is for older version of CCS. I am using the theia theme so the consoles are different. I don't find any option like create system project. So please do support for that version CCS 20.00 THEIA theme

CCS 20.x has a limitation regarding create new projects from scratch from the IDE. It is something we look to address in CCS 21.x

A workaround is to use the project CLI command to create new projects: https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide_ccs/ccs_faqs.html#how-do-i-create-a-new-project-from-scratch

However, CCS 20.x also has another limitation where the the graphical system project editor is not supported. Hence once the system project is created, the system.xml file would need to be manually edited as a text file. 

Honestly, I would recommend creating/configuring the system project in CCS 12.x and then after it is all created, you can import it to CCS 20.x.

hi,

 Is it possible to create separate project for three different cores. even i tried but i ended up in creating projects only for CPU1 and there were no options. Even i tried to modify in the target configuration there i could see CPU2 and CM in the sub_projects but at last it is not creating for those cores ,i enabled secondary processor for that too in that target configuration

Yes 100%. Typical CCS projects are core specific.

How are you trying to create a project? From CCS 20.x using CLI?
