Connection Error between V3.3 and C28346

I check the input voltage is ok. (1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V)

There is error message like below when the target board is connected to CCS V3.3 .

]"Error connecting to the target: Error 0x00001200/-1135 Error during: OCS, Target, Unrecoverable emulation error"

Please let me know the resion of message.

Hi,

What emulator are you using? The error message indicates there is an issue with the emulator that can't be properly reported, which can range from a CCSetup misconfiguration to an improperly installed device driver. Can you check the Windows Device Manager and see if the device drivers are properly installed? Also, the JTAG Troubleshooting page contains additional details that may help you further investigate this:
