SYSCONFIG: SysConfig Window Issues: Users can not modify the migration window size and can no edit it some laptop screen

Yes I see this issue too. And I can't resize it. I have brought this thread to the attention of the SysConfig team for further input.

Ok, I can reproduce the missing scroll button issue. It happens if the size of the main IDE window is too small. Then the "Migrate Settings" dialog shrinks and the scroll bar is missing.

Note that when I use 1.27, pressing the "SWITCH" button now pops up two options: "Migrate To A Specific Device" and "Help Me Choose My Device". The latter has the same problem. But the former seems to work.
