LP-MSPM0G3519: In CCS 20.5 unable to switch controller package

Part Number: LP-MSPM0G3519

I am using CCSv:20.5.1.12__1.11.1 and under sys.config when migrating to different controller package it shows below error:image.png

In the demo project the package is LQFP-100pin and we are using LQFP-64pin. Kindly suggest.
