CCSTUDIO-THEIA: Cannot change project settings

I have been unable to change project settings in CCS. For example, I open up project properties, go to the compiler and change the optimization from level 2 to level 0. But when I click "Save and Close" nothing happens.

If I close the dialog by clicking the X in the corner of the dialog, nothing changes.

The only way I've found to change settings is to change my .projectspec file and reimport the project.

Is this a known bug in CCSv20.5.0 and 20.5.1. I've tried this with different targets and different settings with similar results.

Hi Scott,

Is your host OS either Linux or macOS? We have heard of intermittent issues with those versions in the past.

I wasn't sure because I've been bouncing back and forth between the Mac and Windows. But trying it just now, it looks like Windows is working fine. So, it must just be the Mac version of CCS giving me problems.

Can you reproduce this fairly consistently on Mac? We have found several Mac UI issues where there are issues with responsiveness. They seem pretty intermittent though.
