AM6442: XDS200 left LED not blinking after connecting to different host PC

Hi Team,

I am using an XDS200 external debug probe with an AM64x EVM on a Linux host machine (Ubuntu).The XDS200 was working fine initially. However, after I disconnected the USB cable from the original host PC and connected it to a different host PC, the left LED on the XDS200 stopped blinking and the device is no longer detected.

Symptoms:
- XDS200 left LED is not blinking.
- Device not visible in lsusb (no Texas Instruments entry).
- Running update_xds2xx.sh xds200 gives: Error: Failed to open port connection: xds2xxu: 0x0.
- No USB enumeration in dmesg when plugging in.
