TMS320F28379D: Calculated System Clocks not within the valid range for this device

Hello, I would greatly appreciate some help with this. About a month ago I successfully built this project in CCS 10.4.0 and was able to debug the device fine. I tried the project again today and even though the project builds fine, when I try to debug that project I keep getting the following 3 errors:

C28xx_CPU1: Flash Programmer: The calculated system clocks is not within the valid range for this device.

C28xx_CPU1: File Loader: Memory write failed: Unknown error

C28xx_CPU1: GEL: File:<path to out file>: Load failed.

I have double checked the commit history as well as reset to before I made the changes. I cannot load this project anymore. Other projects load fine and debug, it is only this project. I don't see anything in the .project or .cproject files that suggests anything either.

I would greatly appreciate some help with solving this.
