How to get rid of the Red Error Indicators in Project Explorer?

Hi, I have just upgraded CCS from V5.1.0.09000 to V5.1.1.00028. When I load my previous projects in the new CCS v5.1.1, several red error indicators show up in the Project Explorer (see attached). I did a "Clean Project" and a "Build Project" to every project that has the red error indicator. The builds were successful but the red error indicators stayed on. They do not affect build and debug but it is annoying to see them there. Is there any way to get rid of those red error indicators? Thanks, Zhao

HI Zhao,

what error do you get? The problems window should clear when you do a clean and build. Do you have mulitple projects in the workspace? Could the error be from a different project in the workspace? What if you clear the .metadata and relaunch?

The outline view is showing RxTask() as containing the error. if you go to that function and look at the line that has the error what is the error string?

Hi Lisa, After relaunched CCS and imported those 3 projects, I had to change some settings (latest SYSBIOS/IPC/XDC/TOOLCHAIN) in the property dialog so as to completely remove warnings. I am glad it worked this way. Thanks, Zhao
