Simulink Coder or Embedded Coder

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28335

Hi,

I have to program a TMS320F28335 (on a ControlCard) using Simulink. (2011b)

I tried following tutorials but, when i have to select the "ticcs_c2000_ccsv4" in the "XMakeFile User Configuration" window in Matlab, I cannot find this option (even if I uncheck "Display Operational Configuration Only"). I only have Simulink Coder but not Embedded Coder. Do I need Embedded Coder to generate a make file ? Is it possible to create a new configuration but use the gmake and complier files included in CCSv4 instead of Matlab ? I tried this solution but, when compiling the project in CCSv4, i get this error : "gmake: *** No rule to make target `all'.  Stop."

Sorry if the solution is obvious, I'm new with Code Composer Studio.

Thanks,

Jonathan
