I am defining 2 new sections in my program within my CCS project with size 0.
In program1.c:
__attribute__((retain, section("section1"))) const uint8_t section1[0] = {0U};
In program2.c:
__attribute__((retain, section("section2"))) const uint8_t section2[0] = {0U};
I have included the definitions for the 2 sections in 2 different c files within the same project, and the pre-build scripts are of this form:
C:/ti/f29h85x-sdk_26_00_00_00/tools/misc/$(UPDATECPUBINSIZE) ../program1.c $(binary_file_1_to_embed) 3
C:/ti/f29h85x-sdk_26_00_00_00/tools/misc/$(UPDATECPUBINSIZE) ../program2.c $(binary_file_2_to_embed) 3
This works for embedding one file in one section. However, when I try to embed 2 files, each in a different section, it automatically updates the first section size again rather than the second one during the compilation.
The variable 'section2' in program2.c all automatically change to 'section1'. How can I get both section sizes to update?
