C I/O (printf) debug on Concerto does not work

Hello,

Customer wants to "debug" on Concerto via C I/O (printf) CCS console messages. CCS 5 and Lib rtsv7M3_T_le_eabi.lib. is used. "CIO function use" is
enabled in Generic Debugger Options.  There is no output at the debugger console seen. What has the customer done wrong ?
Can you provide a working sample
