We are still encountering faults with CCS 21.0.0. Please consider implementing a configurable switch to disable TI Cloud Agent checking while keeping the debugging feature fully functional.

TI Cloud Agent is actually a required debug agent for debugging.

It seems right. If Ming remain disconnected and never connect to network, all debugging is fine.

But  why i didn't need TI Cloud Agent, but Ming need it?

Ming - Please reproduce the issue with Debug Server Logging enabled. You need to explicitly turn it on first. See:

Then zip the log and attach to this thread.

TI Cloud Agent is always used under the hood. Note that it is used even if all communication is local.
