Hi all,

CCS VERSION 20.1.x

CCS Debug Issue:

After debugging with the network disconnected, upon reconnecting to the network, a "Reconnecting to TI Cloud Agent..." prompt appears.

If attempting to start a new debug session at this point, a "Module is reconnecting" error occurs.

If "Cancel" is selected on the "Reconnecting to TI Cloud Agent..." dialog, CCS restarts. However, after reopening CCS, the "Reconnecting to TI Cloud Agent..." prompt appears again.

This is an older version of CCS. The current latest is CCS 21.0.0. Can you suggest trying this version and see if it helps?

We are still encountering faults with CCS 21.0.0. Please consider implementing a configurable switch to disable TI Cloud Agent checking while keeping the debugging feature fully functional.

TI Cloud Agent is actually a required debug agent for debugging.

Just to confirm:

So everything works fine while network is disconnected and only when connected to the network does the issue occur? If you remain disconnected and never connect to network, all debugging is fine?
