Hello,

I am really interested in knowing about the usage of TMS320C6747 floating point starter kit and I have some question.

Does the free version of code composer studio v4 has full privilege of using this board or do I have to extend the version as it says in the product description that limited version of software on the starter kit.

I would really appreciate who can reply to this post.

Hi Chandra,

this mostly depends on the emulator you choose to use.

The XDS100 supports this board and with this you can freely license and use CCS. However you would need to purchase a full license should you choose to use one of the faster/other emulators.
