Hello

I think that the file tiobj2bin (and mkhex4bin) is missing from CCS v21. I have tried installing the full release on Windows and Linux, but the tiobj2bin file is not in the installation directories. I am installing with the file  CCS_21.0.0.00014_linux.zip and CCS_21.0.0.00014_win.zip.

In CCSv20 it was in ccs\utils\tiobj2bin\, but it's nowhere to be found in v21. Is this tool deprecated? It is still referenced in the documentation here as being in this location.
