How to interpret difference in binary built from same environment

I was working on an issue in OMAP4 Multimedia and noted that the issue is  fixed by ONE of these

-          Addition of a log, just add it and build, no need to capture logs at runtime

-          Do a fresh download of the code and build

-          Move to a new version of codec

-          Enable level 5 ducati logs

This suggested that the issue is with the build. I confirmed that the build environment – the folder location, clean build, no code differences, location of tools, build commands – are all the same.

But, still find issue reproduced with binaries built in my original folder.

Having not aware of ways to compare the resultant binary I am approaching you.
