I was trying to setup DM8168 debug platform, but have problems to have the debug session work. The windows XP was able to install driver for XDS100V2 USB/JTAG adaptor correctly. In CCSV5, target configuration was set to TI816x. Then below is the “Test Connection” report:

Execute the command:
%ccs_base%/common/uscif/dbgjtag -f %boarddatafile% -rv -o -F inform,logfile=yes -S pathlength -S integrity
[Result]
…… (etc. etc.)
All of the values were scanned correctly.
The JTAG IR Integrity scan-test has succeeded.
