Can't set break points on some lines which should be available and are not compiler-directive omitted, and are no different from other nearby lines, in FlashingLeds-Main, FlashingLeds-DeviceInit, and SciCommsGUI with the F2833x Flash Build Configuration. 

Get message: "C28xx: Trouble Setting Breakpoint with the Action "Remain Halted" at 0x33846a: (Error -1066 @ 0x33846A) Unable to set requested breakpoint in memory. Verify that the breakpoint address is in writable memory. (Emulation package 5.0.569.0)"
